We were contacted by the airport operator Northern Capital Gateway LLC to advise on the growth strategy for Pulkovo Airport. Our company had been involved in projects related to Pulkovo Airport before and was therefore in a good position to support the client. The main objectives of the project were to provide an independent opinion on the airport’s current status and its development possibilities, to assess potential risks and upsides of a hub development and finally to devise a growth strategy for the future of Pulkovo Airport.
