For this project we advised our client for the concession of the passenger terminal and apron areas at Abuja Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport. We have developed a concept for the positive commercial operation of the airport concession. A terminal development concept and landside development areas were elaborated.
The expansion of the passenger terminal was although the focus in this concession project. An Airport City and a Special Economic Zone were developed to secure operations financially. These extended business segments made it commercial feasible to finance the expansion of the passenger terminals and apron areas.
